Admission Requirements:

- Minimum of three years completed in pre-dental education
- GPA of 3.0
- Required perquisite coursework
- Minimum DAT score of 15 in all categories
- Minimum 50 clinical observation hours in a dental setting
- 25 of those hours must be in a general practice setting
- All immunization records required
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screening
- Two letters of evaluation from a science faculty member and one from a dental professional
- Submission of all official transcripts
- $75 processing fee
