In the MED 2010 curriculum (www.meded.umn.edu/med2010),
progress is based on achieving competencies, not time. The program
emphasizes critical thinking and offers integrated instruction in
scientific foundations of medicine and clinical science, as well as
significant flexibility in structure and scheduling. Students have
the opportunity to pursue a wide range of clinical/academic
interests. |
